Immediately upon settlement, you can begin construction of your approved dwelling. Construction must begin within 12 months of settlement on your property with 18 months to complete.

When your thirst for information about the project is quenched - and this may take a couple of visits, a Purchaser’s Agreement can be completed, giving us relevant details to enable a contract to be drawn up for forwarding to you and/or your legal representative. At this time a fully refundable holding deposit of only $5000 is held in trust. You then have sole rights to the home parcel of your choice during the 14 day period granted to review the contract documentation. Upon signing of the contract the balance of 10% deposit is held in trust until settlement.

You will have freehold title (private ownership) on your home parcel under Community Title structure and a share in the common property of The Ecovillage. The Ecovillage, like many new master planned communities is community title which gives rise to a body corporate and, as such community bylaws and provisions are set up to effectively administrate and manage the common property and other facilities owned by the community.
